MAYER BROWN: Mayer Brown associate Alexander Davis named an “Outstanding Young Lawyer” by LACBA

Mayer Brown issued the following announcement on May 31.

Mayer Brown announced that Los Angeles-based associate Alexander Davis has received the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA)’s “Outstanding Young Lawyer” award in the Real Property Section at its recent award ceremony. The award recognizes outstanding individuals in the real estate industry and their achievements in the community, such as successful involvement with high-profile, complex real estate transactions or litigation.

A member of Mayer Brown’s Real Estate practice, Mr. Davis represents institutional lenders, opportunity funds, life insurance companies, and other domestic and international real estate investors in a variety of real estate transactions, with a focus on mortgage and mezzanine financing of both individual and multi-state portfolio assets. He also regularly represents investors in purchase and sale transactions involving both individual and multi-state portfolio assets.

Founded in 1878, LACBA is one of the largest voluntary metropolitan bar associations in the country, with more than 15,000 members. LACBA serves attorneys, judges, and other legal professionals through 26 sections, committees, networking events, live and on-demand CLE programs, and pro bono opportunities, as well as public service and informational resources.
