The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Charles Williams, Irma Fleeton, Jamilia Richards, Kelly Govan, Kelsi Govan, Mikyha Cole and Tiphanee Smith against Yashar Erler on Oct. 18: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC19-01667 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Aug. 14.
