LBC Irwindale alleged to owe for leasing equipment

Late 07

LOS ANGELES – A Connecticut business alleges an Ontario company has defaulted on a lease agreement.

Terex Financial Services Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 9 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against LBC Irwindale LLC and Does 1 through 5 alleging that they failed to make the payment to plaintiff based on their agreement.

According to the complaint, both parties entered into a lease agreement in March 2015 for equipment and that the defendant has defaulted on this agreement. The plaintiff holds LBC Irwindale LLC and Does 1 through 5 responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make its July and August payments.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks more than $1.2 million in damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Peter Dubrawski and Annette F. Mijanovic of Haight Brown & Bonesteel LLP in Los Angeles.
