Crystal Cruises Inc. passenger alleges she was injured when another passenger tripped

LOS ANGELES – A Florida woman alleges she was injured on a cruise ship when another passenger tripped and fell on her.

Gabriela Lubowski filed a complaint on Oct. 11 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Crystal Cruises Inc. and Ana Maria Debrey Diaz

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 8, 2015, she sustained severe physical injuries when Debrey Diaz tripped on a metal plate and fell onto the plaintiff. The plaintiff holds Crystal Cruises Inc. and Debrey Diaz responsible because the Crystal Cruises Inc. allegedly allowed a dangerous and hazardous condition to exist on the ship.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants plus any other relief the court deems just. She is represented by Donald Krentsa of Meisel, Krentsa & Burneikis in San Francisco and Mark D. Press of Mark D. Press PA in Hollywood, Florida.
