Los Angeles County man alleged to owe on student loan

LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles County man is accused of failing to pay back a student loan.

United States of America filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Mario Meza alleging that the individual failed to settle his debt with plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Meza failed to pay the principal amount of his debt to plaintiff plus interest.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $4,766.96 plus interest of $2,622.82 with interest accruing thereafter at 4.25 percent per annum, and all legal fees. It is represented by Jacqueline M. Nguyen of Law Offices of Jacqueline M. Nguyen in Costa Mesa.
