CALIFORNIA — A labor group is suing M.M. Stevens, LLC, and Milco Solutions, Inc., Arizona companies, citing alleged breach of contract.
The Board of Trustees of the California Ironworkers Field Pension Trust and California Ironworkers Field Pension Trust filed a complaint on Oct. 19, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against the defendants alleging that they failed to pay fringe benefits to the labor group.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that the Board of Trustees of the California Ironworkers Field Pension Trust and California Ironworkers Field Pension Trust suffered damages from unpaid and late paid contributions. The plaintiffs holds M.M. Stevens, LLC, and Milco Solutions, Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their bargaining agreement with plaintiff for failing to pay benefit contributions on behalf of their employees.
The plaintiffs seek order the defendant to pay the full amount of withdrawal liability, interest, liquidated damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Stephanie Sorenson, George M. Kraw and Katherine McDonough of Kraw Law Group, APC in Mountain View.
