Old School Fairfax Inc. alleged to sell counterfeit Chrome Hearts products

LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles retailer is accused of selling counterfeit apparel and accessories.

Chrome Hearts LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Old School Fairfax Inc. and Does 1-10 citing trademark infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business as the result of its trademark being used. The plaintiff holds Old School Fairfax Inc. and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly used plaintiff's Chrome Hearts mark to sell counterfeit products.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks enjoin the defendant from further infringing plaintiff's mark, order the defendant to recall all infringing products, award all profits and damages to the plaintiff, treble damages, all legal fees and interest plus any other relief as the court deems just.
