Video Reporter Inc. alleged to owe more than $400,000 to Xerox

LOS ANGELES – A Canoga Park business is alleged to have defaulted on an agreement with Xerox.

Xerox Corp. filed a complaint on Jan. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Video Reporter Inc. alleging breach of written agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the parties entered into a maintenance agreement in November 2014. The plaintiff holds Video Reporter Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly defaulted on the agreement in April 2016.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $488,855.52 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Robert V. McKendrick of Hemar, Rousso & Heald LLP in Encino.
