LOS ANGELES – An Industry corporation has filed suit against a New York company over allegations it was not paid for transportation services it provided.
American Eagle Transportation Corp. filed a complaint on Jan. 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against the Wynn Expedited Logistics Inc. and Does 1-10 alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its business from not being paid for its services from April to July 2016. The plaintiff holds Wynn Expedited Logistics Inc. and Does 1-10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the invoices sent by the plaintiff despite several demands.
The plaintiff seeks all damages in the amount of $72,627.50, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Sarah K. Jun of Law Offices of Sarah Jun APLC in Los Angeles.
