LOS ANGELES – A West Covina resident has filed a class-action suit against a medical supply company over claims it unlawfully called her to solicit.

Carolyn Navarro filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on March 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Lifecare Solutions Inc. and Does 1 through 10 alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in August 2016, she suffered damages from receiving several unwanted calls from the defendant in its attempt to solicit its services.
