L.A. Gem & Jewelry Design Inc. filed a complaint on March 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Nancy Medlin, doing business as Lemondrop Design; Regan Suzanne Batten; Plum Street Gifts & More LLC; Jamie Davis, doing business as HotBuyKing; and Does 1-10 alleging copyright infringement.

It is represented by Milord A. Keshishian and J. Nicholas Anwandter of Milord & Associates PC in Los Angeles.
