Government alleges San Bernardino County woman owes on student loans

LOS ANGELES – A San Bernardino County resident is alleged to have defaulted on her student loans.

United States of America filed a complaint on March 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Adriana M. Ronquillo, also known as Adriana Ronquillo and Adriana M. Ronquillo-Interiano, alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Ronquillo failed to pay the principal amount of her debt including interest.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $2,898.88 plus interest of $6,122.06 with accruing interest at 8 percent per annum; principal amount of $5,160.55 plus interest of $12,091.41 with accruing interest at 9.13 percent per annum, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
