MarketFleet Inc. accused of coping Yardstash Solutions' patented product

SAN DIEGO – A San Diego manufacturer of space-saving outdoor storage products alleges its product was unlawfully copied.

Yardstash Solutions LLC filed a complaint on March 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against MarketFleet Inc. and Does 1 through 25 alleging patent infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to its company as the result of its '579 patent being infringed. The plaintiff holds MarketFleet Inc. and Does 1 through 25 responsible because the defendants allegedly distributes and sells its Driftsun Storage Tent product that the plaintiff alleges is nearly identical to the plaintiff's patented product.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks permanent injunction, pay all profits to the plaintiff, all damages, enhanced damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just.
