LOS ANGELES – A Los Angeles corporation and a Florida company allege they have been damaged by the sales of infringing merchandise.
Bravado International Group Merchandising Services Inc. and Zion Rootswear LLC filed a complaint on March 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Skreened LTD, Daniel Fox, The Dream Junction LLC and Blair Dorsey alleging trademark infringement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs market and sell merchandise of musical performers such as Justin Bieber, Slipknot and Bob Marley and have the exclusive rights to do so. The plaintiffs hold Skreened LTD, Fox, The Dream Junction LLC and Dorsey responsible because the defendants allegedly manufactured and sold merchandise that bear trademarks owned by musical performers without authorization.
The plaintiffs seek to enjoin the defendants from further infringing the trademarks, statutory damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Kenneth A. Feinswog of Kenneth A. Feinswog in Culver City.
