SAN FRANCISCO – A Hollister corporation alleges it wasn't paid for work completed on a construction project.
L.M. Sanchez Inc. filed a complaint on April 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Federal Solutions Group Inc., North American Specialty Insurance Co. and Does 1-5 alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it entered into a subcontract agreement with the defendants for electrical work for a project at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord in Concord. The plaintiff holds Federal Solutions Group Inc., North American Specialty Insurance Co. and Does 1-5 responsible because the defendants allegedly breached their contractual agreement with the plaintiff by failing to pay the plaintiff in the amount of $56,863.51.
The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $56,863.51, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by William J. Braun of Braun & Melucci LLP in La Jolla.
