My Nemesis alleges Sennheiser Electronic Corp. infringed patent

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco corporation is accused of infringing a San Jose company's patent.

My Nemesis LLC filed a complaint on April 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Sennheiser Electronic Corp. and Does 1 to 100 alleging patent infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to it business as the result of the infringement of its '004 patent. The plaintiff holds Sennheiser Electronic Corp. and Does 1 to 100 responsible because the defendants' IAS MO 2000 product infringes at least one claim of the plaintiff's patent.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks injunction against the defendants, enjoin the defendants, compensate the plaintiff, all damages, treble damages, order the destruction of all infringing products, all gains, profits and advantages, all legal fees, interest, and any other relief as the court deems just.
