SAN FRANCISCO – A San Jose corporation claims a French company has infringed its patent.

My Nemesis LLC filed a complaint on April 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Parsys Telemedicine alleging patent infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages from having its '597 patent infringed. The plaintiff holds Parsys Telemedicine responsible because the defendant allegedly manufactured a digital portable medical device that infringes the '597 patent by using identical methods and processes.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks fully compensate the plaintiff for all damages, treble damages, order the defendant to deliver up for destruction all infringing products, all gains, profits and advantages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Steven A. Nielsen of Nielsen Patents in Larkspur.
