LOS ANGELES – A Ventura County individual is alleged to owe on a promissory note.
United States of America filed a complaint on April 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Maria G. Velasco, also known as Maria V. Velasco-Sueoka, alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges Velasco failed to pay her debt including interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $6,341.23 plus interest of $10,168.76 with interest accruing thereafter at 8.25 percent per annum, plus interest, and all legal fees. It is represented by Kathryn E. Van Houten of Irsfeld, Irsfeld & Younger LLP in Glendale.
