SAN FRANCISCO – An insurance firm alleges it is owed premiums by two San Francisco companies for a policy.

Insurance Co. of the West filed a complaint on March 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against South City Tow Inc. and South City Tow Inc., doing business as Courtesy Tow alleging breach of insurance policy.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it issued a standard workers' compensation and employers' liability policy. The plaintiff holds South City Tow Inc. and South City Tow Inc., doing business as Courtesy Tow, responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay premiums on the policy.
