Camden Harbor View alleges former tenant failed to pay past due bills

SAN FRANCISCO – A property owner alleges a former tenant owes more than $4,000.

2009 CUSA Community Owner LLC, doing business as Camden Harbor View, filed a complaint on March 29, in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Michael Le and Does 1 to 10 alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges in August 2013, the parties entered into a lease agreement for the plaintiff's property in Long Beach and that the defendants vacated it in November of that year. The plaintiff holds Le and Does 1 to 10 responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to clean, provide proper maintenance and pay past due bills on the property.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $4,610.30 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Rudy Gaba Jr. of Gaba Law Corp. in Laguna Hills.
