FRESNO – A Madera County individual has filed suit against a Fresno County woman alleging damages after a collision.
Rodney Alan Morgan filed a complaint on April 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Alexis Silva and Does 1 through 10 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 8, 2015, he suffered physical injuries and damages to his vehicle after the defendant caused her vehicle to strike the plaintiff's vehicle in Fresno. The plaintiff holds Silva and Does 1 through 10 responsible because Silva allegedly failed to stop her vehicle at the intersection.
The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages, special damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is representing himself.
