ISO Beauty alleged to owe nearly $2 million for beauty products

SAN FRANCISCO – A Chinese company alleges a Chatsworth corporation failed to pay for beauty products it ordered.

Dongguan Fumeikang Electrical Technology Co. LTD filed a complaint on May 30 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against ISO Beauty Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the defendant ordered products from the plaintiff from 2013 to 2016. The plaintiff holds ISO Beauty Inc. responsible because it failed to pay for the products delivered.

The plaintiff seeks damages of $1,979,589.47, account stated of $1,624,423, open book account of $1,979,589.47, restitution for unjust enrichment, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Angela Hebberd of Duane Morris LLP in Los Angeles.
