SAN DIEGO – A business with offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles claims it does not infringe another company's patents.
OEC Logistics Inc. filed a complaint on June 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Shipping & Transit LLC alleging that the business entity claims that the plaintiff is infringing their patent.
According to the complaint, the defendant sent a cease and desist letter to the plaintiff claiming that it is infringing its patents.
The plaintiff alleges that the patents are invalid and that its products do not infringes them.
The plaintiff seeks determine that the patents-in-suit are invalid, determine that the plaintiff's products do not infringe the patents, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Rachael D. Lamkin of Lamkin IP Defense in San Francisco.
