LOS ANGELES – A San Marino employer is alleged to have failed to pay contributions on behalf of its employees.

Construction Laborers Trust Funds for Southern California Administrative Co. filed a complaint on June 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against American Environmental Corp., also known as and also doing business as American Environmental Group and AEC, citing the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages due to unpaid and late-paid contributions.
