LOS ANGELES – An automotive paints distributor alleges a Los Angeles business failed it pay it for products delivered.
FinishMaster Inc. filed a complaint on June 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Blue Lake Motors Inc. alleging unjust enrichment and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages from not being paid. The plaintiff holds Blue Lake Motors Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the plaintiff for the full amount.
The plaintiff seeks actual damages of $80,011.97, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Joel R. Meyer of Barnes & Thornburg LLP in Los Angeles.
