Woman alleges injuries after collision with USPS vehicle in San Mateo County

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured in a collision with a United States Postal Service vehicle.

Hilary Gibson filed a complaint on June 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against United States Postal Service, David Chenghsiung Wong and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 24, 2014, she was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on state Route 1 in San Mateo and was injured when the defendants collided with her vehicle. 

The plaintiff holds United States Postal Service, David Chenghsiung Wong and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently owned, entrusted and operated the vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks general damages, all medical expenses, other damages, interest, special damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Mark T. Baller of Mark Baller, Esq. in East Palo Alto.
