SAN JOSE – A Nevada company alleges one of its patents is being infringed.
Crandall Technologies LLC filed a complaint on June 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division against Medtronic Inc. and Medtronic Monitoring Inc. alleging patent infringement.
