TBK Bank alleges it is owed more than $1.5 million for loan

FRESNO – A Texas financial institution alleges two Fresno individuals have failed to pay a loan.

TBK Bank, SSB filed a complaint on June 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, Fresno Division against Navdeep Kaur Singh and Dave Singh alleging breach of loan and security agreement and other counts.

According to the complaint, Navdeep Kaur Singh conducts business at RDX Inc. and that the plaintiff made a loan to RDX and Navdeep Kaur Singh in March 2016 for $1.9 million. The suit states Dave Singh executed an unconditional guaranty for the loan.

The plaintiff holds Navdeep Kaur Singh and Dave Singh responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the full amount of the loan to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $1,537,848.44, late charges of the sum of $24,483.96, principal amount of $639,156.52 plus interest of $4,351.09, late charges of $5,197.05, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Andrew K. Alper and Marshall J. August of Frandzel Robins Bloom & Csato LC in Los Angeles.
