GS Freight Inc. alleges that Porky Products owes it more than $180,000

FRESNO – A motor freight carrier alleges a Fresno County corporation failed to pay it for its services.

GS Freight Inc. filed a complaint on June 13 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Porky Products Inc. and Does 1-10 alleging that they violated the provisions of Sections 1812.10 or 2984.4 of the Civil Code of the State of California.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it rendered freight services to defendants and that to date, the balance amount of $183,276.75 remains due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the sum of $183,276.75, plus interest, costs of suit and all further relief as the court may deem proper. It is represented by Steven A. Booska of The Law Offices of Steven A. Booska in Oakland.
