FRESNO – A woman alleges she suffered dog bites to her face while visiting a Fresno property.

Bianca Betancourt filed a complaint on June 22 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Marshal Strang and Does 1-20 alleging negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 9, 2015, she was lawfully present at the defendants’ property when she was viciously attacked and severely bitten multiple times by defendants' dog.

The plaintiff holds Strang and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly recklessly failed to keep the dog under proper restraint and failed to warn of the presence of a vicious dog.

The plaintiff seeks general, special and medical damages; loss of income and earning potential; attorney’s fees; costs of this action; and such other and further relief. She is represented by Joseph A. West of The Law Office of Joseph West in Fresno.
