FRESNO — A Fresno County man is suing Enterprise Leasing Company and Sukhjinder Singh, alleging fraud and negligence.
Leonel Ortega filed a complaint Feb. 21 in Fresno County Superior Court against Enterprise Leasing Company and Sukhjinder Singh, alleging Singh failed to control his vehicle, causing it to strike the plaintiff's 2016 Ford F150.
According to the complaint, Ortega suffered injuries and damages to his vehicle after being struck from behind by an Enterprise rental car driven by Singh on Feb. 1 on Route 99 South. The plaintiff alleges Singh was not authorized to drive the rental vehicle.
Ortega seeks trial by jury, general and special damages, punitive damages, order the defendants to pay compensation denied, all legal fees, interest and all other relief the court deems just. The plaintiff is representing himself.
