SAN FRANCISCO — A law firm is suing the city and county of San Francisco, alleging violation of federal law.

Nancy E. Hull, and Christopher B. Dolan, doing business as The Dolan Law Firm, PC filed a complaint April 20 in San Francisco County Superior Court against the city and county of San Francisco, the Office of the Treasurer and Tax Collector, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Transworld Systems Inc. and and Does 1-50, alleging they wrongfully made claims against the plaintiffs' Nancy E. Hull's settlement funds from a vehicle-pedestrian crash.

According to the complaint, The Dolan Law Firm suffered damages due to the multiple claims made to it for the remaining settlement funds in the Hull accident. The plaintiffs allege the defendants illegally made claims to the remaining settlement funds.

Dolan Law Firm seeks to order the defendants to interplead and litigate their claims, order the delivery of the interplead funds, all legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorneys Christopher B. Dolan, Aime E. Kirby, Sandra I. Tan and Cristina Garcia of The Dolan Law Firm PC in San Francisco.
