California business property owner alleges tenants owe more than $3,500

SAN FRANCISCO — A California business property owner is suing tenants, alleging breach of contract.

Fillmore Center Associates, LP filed a complaint April 20 in San Francisco County Superior Court against Yanyun Li, Yingjin Shi, and Does 1 to 10, alleging that they failed to pay the plaintiff for their lease of property in San Francisco.

According to the complaint, Fillmore Center Associates suffered monetary damages due to an unpaid lease at 1510 Eddy St., San Francisco. The plaintiff alleges the defendants have failed and refuses to pay the entire balance due.

Fillmore Center Associates seeks a principal amount of $3,588.21, plus interest at the legal rate of 10 percent, all legal fees and all relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorney Rudy Gaba, Jr. of Gaba Law Corporation in Laguna Hills.
