Communications company alleges New Hampshire business owes $16,000

SAN FRANCISCO — A California communications corporation is suing a New Hampshire business, alleging alleged breach of contract in failing to pay more than $16,000.

Skelton Communications, Inc. filed a complaint on Aug. 28, in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Federal Solutions Group, Inc., North American Specialty Insurance Company of Manchester, New Hampshire, and Does 1-5, alleging they failed to make a final payment to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, Skelton Communications suffered monetary damages from not being paid in full for its work for the defendants at the military installation in Concord, California. The plaintiff alleges the defendants have failed and refused to pay Skelton for the work performed based on their contract.

Skelton Communications seeks damages of $16,600, interest, legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorney William J. Braun of Braun & Melucci LLP in La Jolla.
