Construction business owner alleges California company owes more than $90,000

SAN FRANCISCO — An Alameda County construction business owner is suing a California corporation, alleging breach of contract.

Larry D. Kudsk, doing business as Larry Kudsk Construction Services, filed a complaint Sept. 15 in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Bara Inforware Inc. of Contra Costa, California, Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, and Does 1-5, alleging they failed to pay the plaintiff more than $90,000.

According to the complaint, Kudsk Construction suffered monetary damages from not being paid more than $90,000 for its services of replacing a roof at Moffett Field in Santa Clara County. The plaintiff alleges the defendants breached their contractual agreement by failing and refusing to pay for work performed.

Larry Kudsk Construction Services seeks damages of $93,190.50, interest, legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. He is represented by attorney William J. Braun of Braun & Melucci LLP in La Jolla.
