California business alleges defendants owe $50,000

SACRAMENTO — A California business is suing customers, alleging alleged breach of contract in failing to pay $50,000.

L.M. Sanchez Inc. filed a complaint Sept. 11 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California against Federal Solutions Group Inc., Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, and Does 1-5, alleging they failed to settle their debt to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, L.M. Sanchez suffered monetary damages from not being paid for its work at buildings on the property of Tracy Defense Logistics Agency acquisition office in Tracy, California. The plaintiff alleges the defendants breached their contractual agreement by failing to pay for work performed.

L.M. Sanchez seeks damages of $50,000, interest, legal fees and all other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorney William J. Braun of Braun & Melucci LLP in Lo Jolla.
