LOS ANGELES – A Pennsylvania woman alleges she was forced to resign her job from a Beverly Hills business because of sexual harassment.

Tashiana Luke filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California against Dough Boy Inc. and Langston Faizon Santisima, also known as Faizon Andre Love, citing discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff began working for the defendants as a personal assistant on June 9, 2016, and soon after starting, the defendants subjected her to sex/gender discrimination and a hostile work environment.

The suit states the plaintiff was constructively discharged June 26, 2016.

The plaintiff holds Dough Boy Inc. and Santisima responsible because the defendants allegedly discriminated against on the basis of her gender and retaliated against her for opposing unlawful employment practices.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, in an amount to be determined at trial, plus interest, attorneys’ fees, costs, and disbursements and such other proper and just relief. She is represented by Nathaniel N. Peckham of Derek Smith Law Group PLLC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
