Don Sullivan (Partner-San Francisco) was recently appointed to serve as a Senior Editor of Employee Benefits Law, a treatise jointly published by the American Bar Association and the Bureau of National Affairs.
Don has served as a chapter editor and contributing author to Employee Benefits Law for more than 15 years.
It is the leading treatise regarding all aspects of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), including compliance and litigation.
