Lewis Brisbois is partnering with Progressive Benefit Group to provide a review of new California legislations impacting employers in 2019 on January 31 at the Sheraton San Jose.
The lunch briefing will feature San Francisco Partners Jessica Pliner and Joseph Lordan, and Los Angeles Partner Steven Gatley, who will discuss what California employers need to know to ensure they are up-to-date on new law changes and case developments.
Topics will include a review of recently enacted legislation on the state and federal level that is impacting California employers. Attendees will also receive advice on how to adjust their current employee handbooks to fit these new laws.
