Member Pam Palmer will be moderating a session titled “Broker, Insurer and Insured Relationships: Successfully Tackling a Natural Disaster Large Loss Event” on March 22 at the American Bar Association’s [ABA] Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section 2019 Admiralty and Maritime Law Committee Conference. This panel will address how to identify issues in a large loss event and how best to navigate the relationships between the parties to achieve resolution.
Pam focuses her practice on complex litigation and client advice in insurance coverage, civil and commercial disputes as well as environmental law matters. Pam has tried a number of cases to successful jury verdict and has handled numerous bench trials and appeals. In 2016, Pam served as a delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates on behalf of the Maritime Law Association of the United States.
