Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Dan Wu has been named co-chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Wu joins co-chair Prince Altee Thomas and succeeds Yesenia M. Gallegos, who served as co-chair of the committee since 2014.
Comprised of attorneys and other professionals within the firm’s national network of offices, Fox’s Diversity Committee spearheads initiatives to promote and incorporate diversity and inclusiveness at the firm.
A Partner in the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital Practice Group, Wu is a strategic adviser who represents emerging companies at various stages of development, including the venture capital and private equity firms that finance them. He is a prominent attorney within the technology community and sought-after by emerging companies and investors that are on the cutting edge of innovation. A testament to his reputation, Wu was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2019 list of “Most Influential Minority Attorneys,” which highlights attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the Los Angeles business and legal community.
Wu earned a J.D. from the UCLA, an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College.
