Member Jeffrey Belote and Senior Attorney Kaitlyn Sikora been presenting the second of their two-part series, "The Keys To The House" on May 15. This seminar, "Unraveling Damages In Real Property Sales," examined real estate damages arising from disputes before and after closing. The first part, presented on April 17, focused on damages. The upcoming seminar on May 15 focused on real estate remedies.
Belote concentrates on civil litigation matters with an emphasis in real estate. He prosecutes and defends actions in commercial, residential, and real estate litigation with an emphasis in the areas of commercial contracts, corporate, limited liability company and partnership disputes, commercial and mortgage banking, foreclosure, fraud, commercial and residential construction disputes, real estate brokerage disputes, seller and broker misrepresentation and non-disclosure, title insurance, escrow disputes, homeowner association disputes, adjoining landowner and boundary disputes, unlawful detainer, landlord/tenant disputes, and secured creditors rights in state and federal courts.
Sikora focuses her practice on commercial law, real estate law and insurance coverage matters. She handles all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts, and has extensive experience negotiating resolutions to multi-million dollar claims involving multiple parties. Sikora has been selected to the Northern California Rising Stars list from 2016 to 2018.
