Littler Mendelson issued the following announcement on June 4.
Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that several of its attorneys have been selected by Human Resource Executive® and Lawdragon for the 2019 annual rankings guide.
Five shareholders were named among the “100 Most Powerful Employment Lawyers”: Patrick Hicks (Las Vegas), Fermin Llaguno (Irvine), Marko Mrkonich (Minneapolis), Jeremy Roth (San Diego) and Robert Wolff (Cleveland). Additionally, Susan Woodhouse (San Francisco) was included in the “Up and Comers” list, representing attorneys who have amassed remarkable accomplishments in labor and employment law, including strong recommendations from corporate counsel and their peers.
The selections were based on research by Human Resource Executive and Lawdragon, as well as input from clients, peers, colleagues and judges. Attorneys were assessed on experience, career accomplishments, professional leadership, client recommendations and impact within his or her firm and on the legal profession.
The rankings are intended as a reference guide identifying the best lawyers able to assist corporate counsel and human resources professionals with resolving difficult employment situations and keep them in compliance with the country’s increasingly complicated and changing workplace-related laws and regulations.
