Clark Hill Member Creighton Sebra will be presenting the Qualifications-Based Selection Statutes portion of the "Forum on Consultant Procurement and Qualifications-Based Selection," a joint summer training workshop held by the American Public Waters Association – California Central Coast Chapter and the American Council of Engineering Companies – California chapter on Thursday, June 27, 2019. This program will provide a unique forum and workshop that will focus on the procurement process for professional services with plenty of time for questions and a round-table discussion between agencies and consultants.
Sebra has extensive litigation experience in the representation of clients in federal and state trial courts. He worked for both a civil engineering contractor and a general building contractor as a project manager as well as a project estimator. This experience within the construction industry, combined with his experience litigating breach of contract matters and construction disputes, allows Sebra to provide invaluable service and skill in the representation of his clients.
