CLARK HILL: Clark Hill Member David Brandon Reappointed to Los Angeles County Bar Association Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee

Clark Hill PLC issued the following announcement on July 2.

Member David Brandon has been reappointed to the Los Angeles County Bar Association [LACBA] Professional Responsibility and Ethics Committee for the 2019-2020 year. He has been on this committee since 2004 and has served as its Chair and Vice-Chair in the past.

With over 35 years of experience, David has represented clients in both the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of claims, including class actions, landlord liability, commercial property management, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of commercial contracts, securities fraud, professional liability and intellectual property disputes. David has taken an active role in the issues that are important to the members of the legal profession. He was featured on the cover of Los Angeles Lawyerin connection with his article “Burning Issues: The Representation of Insureds Under Burning Limits Policies.” He has spoken to groups of business people, attorneys and law students on topics including the preservation of electronic evidence, ethics, claims prevention and the identification of fraudulent claims. David has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles for approximately 30 years, teaching Appellate Law, Law Practice Management and Professional Liability.
