The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Adan Garcia-Duran, Alejandra Duran-Gonzalez, Evangelina Duran-Gonzales, Jasmine Garcia-Duran, Jose Garcia-Duran, Kevin Garcia-Duran, Miguel Garcia-Duran and Vanessa Garcia-Duran against Sefo Leafa on Aug. 12: 'Case Management Conference'.
Case number MSC19-00557 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on March 21.
