The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by City of Richmond against Kelly Deoliveria Dossantos and Wislei Deoliveira on Aug. 12: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC19-01150 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 7.
