The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by California Highwaypatrol against Bearealis Development, Hands on Plumbing and Studebaker Electric on Aug. 14: 'Hearing On Impoundment Vehicle And/Or Comp Parts-admin Hrg ( California Highway Patrol)'.
Case number MSL19-03926 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on July 24.
