The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Michael Geary Wilson against Barry Baskin, David Elliot Goldstein, Fayedine Coulter, Gregory Harper and Sekou Lumumba on Aug. 22: 'Hearing On Motion To/For Venue To San Mateo Or Santa Clara Filed By Michael Geary Wilson'.
Case number MSC19-01344 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on July 8.
