The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Glendaly Gascot against All Other Occupants, Jessye Powell and Tracy Phillips on Aug. 13: 'Court Trial-Unlawful Detainer'.
Case number RS19-0420 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 26.
